The Harriet shawl was inspired by one of the characters of one of Jane Austen's novels, Emma; the sweet, yet simple young lady named Harriet. (If you haven't read the novel, or watched any of the series or movie renditions, I highly recommend it!)
This shawl is light enough for Summer nights, but warm enough for Spring and Fall nights. In this pattern, you will find written instructions in US terminology, access to complementary video instructions, and detailed photos of every row.
